Choose from 3 awesome neighborhoods: Georgetown, Penn Quarter & Gallery Place, and Smithsonian Art Adventure

Georgetown – O Say Can You Hunt

Rich History, Amazing Shopping, Successful Exorcisms: Where can you find such delights in one place? Georgetown, of course. From DC’s oldest building to its newest shops, Georgetown is where you’ll find many of the Capital’s most appealing spots. Pay your respects to JFK at the church where he worshipped, then get possessive at the “Exorcism Steps.” Sing The Star - Spangled Banner with writer Francis Scott Key himself, and wander down beautiful Wisconsin & M Streets, where you’ll try on vintage clothing and get in the trenches of DC’s Cupcake Wars. Find houses filled with American history and bars once filled with American legends, from Frank Sinatra to Richard Nixon. Don’t worry; you’ll still have time to go antiquing. Just remember to wear your bulldog walking shoes.

Starts at: O Street between 35th and 36th

Penn Quarter & Gallery Place – Portrait of the Smartest

Explore an area that’s as diverse as it is fascinating. From Ford’s Theater to the Museum of Crime and Punishment, you’ll discover some of the darkest locations in DC History. Make friends with legendary Americans at the National Portrait Gallery before learning to translate Mandarin in DC’s Chinatown. Decipher inscriptions at the old Calvary Church, and you may just get a C-I-A for effort at the National Spy Museum. Navigate your way to the Navy Memorial, where navy SEALs welcome you with open arms. You’ll be so enamored with DC by the time you finish; you’ll be texting in all CAPITALS.

Starts at: Ford's Theater

Smithsonian Art Adventure – O’ Brother, Where ART Thou?

Embark on a journey spanning five of the Smithsonian’s most interesting museums, as you navigate their twists, turns, and network of tunnels. Siege the Smithsonian Castle for its priceless treasures, before descending the cavernous depths of the African Art Museum & Sackler Galleries. Prove you’re in with the new at the Hirshhorn Museum of Modern Art, then grab photos with your favorite sculptures on either side of the National Mall. Lounge around in gardens galore, and hit a Winslow Homer at the National Gallery. From paintings to sculptures, murals to sketches, you’ll discover some of the Smithsonian’s most prized works. You’ll get a taste of the amazing things the Institution has to offer, and you’ll probably become a little more tasteful in the process.

Starts at: Smithsonian Castle
